WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT

Wear comfortable clothes that either leave the injured area exposed or are easy to remove. If needed we can provide you with a gown to wear. Patients that will be doing a lot of exercises frequently prefer to wear or change into "gym attire"

Yes, in the state of Massachusetts Physical therapists provide regular care without the referral of a physician. However, insurance reimbursement for Physical Therapy services requires a referral. In Massachussets referrals may come from any medicial physician including MD or DO (spine diagnosis) or podatrist ( foot diagnosis), or Dentist ( TMJ or oral fracture diagnosis). Massachusetts law allows prospective patients to be evalutaed by a Physical Therapist to determine if a physical therpay program is indicated. If so, the therapist will consult with your doctor. One (1) business day of your appointment time, regardless of reason, will incur a $70 cancellation fee.

Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours in advance via text, email, voice message, and/or phone.  Business days are Monday through Friday (we are closed on the weekend).

Cancellation fees will be charged without exception, regardless of reason
